Client Portal - new features available
The OLGR Client Portal is an online self-service facility that provides 24 hour access for liquor and gaming licensees to:
- apply and pay for:
- temporary extended trading hours (liquor and gaming)
- temporary changes in licensed area (liquor)
- temporary variations of licence conditions (liquor)
- view licence information
- view 'My applications made'
- pay annual liquor licence fees
- update contact details.
Licensees taking advantage of the available online services will benefit from streamlined application processing and more convenient access to their licence information.
How do I access the OLGR Client Portal?
Only liquor and gaming licensees have access to the Client Portal. Licensees will be required to enter the access key details supplied in their annual liquor licence fee summary or licence approval letter. If the access key has been misplaced, contact OLGR’s Customer Support Team on 07 3224 7131.
