Creating safer gambling environments
The Responsible Gambling Code of Practice provides a proactive whole of industry approach to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. It also encourages the creation of gambling environments that minimise harm to individuals in the broader community.

Making contact with your local Gambling Help Service
There are 13 Gambling Help Services across Queensland.
These services support people in the community experiencing problems as a result of gambling. They are also available to provide support to gambling providers.
Staff from Gambling Help can provide information sessions and support Customer Liaison Officers in the exclusion process.
