Responsible gambling signage
The Code of Practice requires gambling providers to provide information to ensure customers can make informed decisions about their gambling. The provision of information by gambling providers contributes to the creation of safe and supportive gambling environments, and includes:
- A responsible gambling statement is clearly displayed (examples can be found in the Queensland Responsible Gambling Resource Manual)
- required signs (PDF 1,380 K) to be placed in the venue. These can be ordered from Convenience Advertising using the order form (PDF 70 K)
- meaningful and accurate information on the odds of winning major prizes in all gambling areas and in proximity to relevant games
- Gambling Help contact numbers (PDF 100 K).
