Child Employment Regulation

Persons under the age of 18 may work in licensed premises, except in those that operate under an adult entertainment permit (AEP). The amendments to the Child Employment Regulation 2006 may also affect licensees without an AEP, as they prohibit children under the age of 18 from being employed in licensed premises that feature activities such as topless waitressing.

More information can be found in the Child Employment Regulation fact sheet.
