Section 97
The following licensed premises are subject to Section 97 of the Liquor Act 1992. The chief executive may classify all or part of a licensed venue high risk if the chief executive is satisfied one or more glassings have occurred at the venue or there has been an unacceptable level of violence at the premises during a particular period.
