Section 341A – Restrictions on membership of management committee or board Gaming Compliance guideline

Guideline summary

Under Section 341A of Gaming Machine Act 1991, provision has been made for a person to be exempted from complying with the prohibition of membership, if the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation makes an assessment that it is in the best interest of the club to do so.

The guideline serves to clarify the application of section 341A of the act titled ‘Restrictions on membership of management committee or board’.
