Liquor Accord supporters
Liquor Accords are voluntary industry-based partnerships. Partners work in a local community to identify and implement practical solutions to liquor-related problems. Most Liquor Accords include members from the local business community, local councils, police, government departments and other community organisations.
Queensland Government
The Queensland Government is committed to having an effective and sustainable network of Liquor Accords across the State.
Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation
As the regulator of venues where liquor is sold and/or consumed, OLGR supports local efforts to promote, develop and implement the Liquor Accord strategy.
Queensland Police
Local police are pivotal to the success of a local Accord. Police are in a position to integrate accords into other community crime reduction strategies.

The Department of Communities, in partnership with the Brisbane City Council, funded a number of Brisbane-based Liquor Accords as part of the Inner City Alcohol Management and Community Safety Strategy.
