Sly Grog

Sly Grog Hotline

Indigenous communities are subject to alcohol restrictions under Alcohol Management Plans, which are developed in conjunction with Community Justice Groups.

Unfortunately, sly grogging – or selling liquor without a licence – continues to be an ongoing problem.

Sly groggers take advantage of others and make a lot of money breaking the law. But anybody, inside and outside of Indigenous communities, can help stop them by anonymously reporting anyone selling sly grog.

Report sly grog by calling the Sly Grog Hotline on 1800 500 815.
