Saving your application form
It is recommended that you retain an electronic copy of the completed application for your records.
There are two methods of how to save an application form
Method one
- open a blank interactive pdf application form - this will open within a new internet explorer window (available at the end of the questions)
- click yes to the declaration at the top of the application form, enter business partner number/s and ABN and use the 'Find Names' button to populate the name field/s. This needs to be done online as organisation names are retrieved from our records to ensure the correct information is attached to your application
- once the names have been populated save the application form to your computer's hard drive or portable USB drive by selecting F8 (a toolbar will appear at the top of the application form. Click on the save icon - second icon on the left) or pressing CTRL, Shift and 'S' keys together, then saving to your chosen location
- verify that the application form has been saved locally (to your chosen location) by opening the form. If successful, close the application form and the open internet explorer window
- you can now open the application from as required and continuously save (File - Save As or Ctrl Save ). Once completed you can check and then submit your saved electronic application form through the 'submit a saved application form' question

- two things will occur once you click the check button. One, if mandatory fields have not been completed a message will appear at the top left of the internet explorer window outlining what is missing. Correct these sections of the form and then check again. Repeat this process as necessary. Once all mandatory fields have been completed the submit button will be accessible. Please ensure if you have made any changes to the form during this checking process that you resave your application (this will ensure you retain the most up to date version). Click submit and if the application form submits successfully you will receive an application number in the top left corner of the internet explorer window. Two, the mandatory check will be completed successfully and the submit button will be accessible. Click submit and if the application form submits successfully you will receive an application number in the top left corner of the internet explorer window.
