Passwords
Legal entities of organisations that have been awarded a grant prior to January 2011 require a password to access the grantee online services to submit a claim.
Each legal entity is issued with one password. This password (with the business partner number) allows access to the Grantee Online Services where the password holder can login to make claims against all open agreements. If a legal entity has more than one agreement they will still only have one password.
If three unsuccessful login attempts are made with the password and business partner number the account is locked. Once the account is locked all open agreements against that legal entity cannot be accessed until the password is reset. Only the accountable officer of the legal entity can request a new password.
If you do not have a password or need to reset your password the accountable officer of your organisation can email cbf@treasury.qld.gov.au or contact us on freecall 1800 633 619 (outside Brisbane) or 3247 4284.
Please note: applications successful for funding after January 2011 will not require a password as payments are upfront. Claims for solar items are via the pre-installation checklist which is submitted via email or post.
