Applying for funding from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund

To assist you to apply for funding we have eight questions for you to answer, prior to accessing the online application form. Please answer all questions honestly and follow any instructions provided.

Are you registered with the Community Benefit Funds Unit as either a legal entity or sponsored organisation? (for further information please select no and access the factsheet)



Proceed to the next question.

Do you have a valid physical address (every application must have a valid Queensland address - service delivery address - on the application form for reporting purposes)?



Proceed to the next question.

Do you have the minimum computer requirements (Internet Explorer 7 and Adobe Reader 9) required to access and submit a registration, application or claim form?

Do you know how to save your online application using the F8 key?

Do you know how to complete the online application form?

Do you have a copy of the legal entity's latest bank statement, additional budget page (if applying for more than 15 items) and quote/completed solar items pre-installation form (if applying for a solar item)? N.B. these are required to be submitted with your application form.

Certain documentation needs to be submitted with your application. You must submit:

-  a copy of the legal entity's latest bank statement

- an additional budget page (if applying for more than 15 items)

- a quote and completed solar pre installation form (if applying for a solar sport and community group grant)
