How do I apply for funding?
Before you start an application please ensure you read all the information contained within Steps 1 - 7.
N.B. YOU AGREE THAT A PROJECT CANNOT COMMENCE UNTIL NOTIFICATION OF AN OUTCOME.
Step 1 - Ensure your computer is set up to access the application form
These tips are provided to help you use the online application form and help tutorials. We recommend that you consult your IT administrator before changing any browser or network settings.
Browser Version
The application forms work best with Internet Explorer version 7. Download Internet Explorer.
Adobe Reader
Adobe Reader version 9 is required. Other PDF readers are not supported. Download Adobe Reader.
Popups
Application forms use popup boxes for certain aspects of its operation. If your browser blocks these popups, the application form may not operate correctly. When allowing popups for this application form, please note that third-party popup blockers (such as the Google® toolbar) operate independently of the browser popup blocker.
Cookies
Change your internet settings to allow cookies when using the application form. Make sure you only allow cookies for this application form. We recommend that you discuss any effects on security with your IT administrator.
General browser maintenance
Temporary internet files building up over time can cause your internet sessions to run slowly. Deleting these files regularly may help restore performance.
Step 2 - Read the funding guidelines and check your project budget items
Read the funding guidelines (PDF 115 K).
Check your project budget items against the expense type list (PDF 25 K).
Step 3 - Learn how to complete the application form
A tutorial has been recorded to show you the form from start to finish. We encourage you to view the tutorial prior to completing the application form. A corresponding quick reference pdf is also provided.
Click here to access the help tutorial on completing the application form.

Step 5 - Complete the application form
Before you begin an application please ensure you have reviewed steps 1 - 4.
Access and complete the RHCCBF application form. Application forms are changed each round. Please ensure you download a new application form at the start of each funding round.
The application form can only accept ten line items. If you seek to apply for more than ten items please consider grouping items together within the same budget category (reducing the number of entries on the form), or alternatively attach an additional budget page.
An offline RHCCBF application form (PDF 115 K) is available. Please note that this offline application form is a working document only and cannot be submitted.
(N.B. YOU AGREE THAT A PROJECT CANNOT COMMENCE UNTIL NOTIFICATION OF AN OUTCOME.)
Step 6 - Submit a saved form
You can save your online application form at any stage. Please note that the ABN validation (search for name function) will only work online e.g. the application form must be submitted into the Grantee Online Services for this functionality to work.
Click here to access the Grantee Online Services and upload a saved form.
Click here for help on uploading a saved form.
Step 7 - Record your acknowledgement number
Send the application form. Once submitted you will receive an online acknowledgement with your application number. Record this number for future communications regarding this funding application.
