Solar items pre-installation forms
If your application is for a solar photovoltaic system (regardless of size) and/or solar hot water/heat pump system your application must include a completed pre-installation form and quote for each solar item. The pre-installation checklist will need to be completed by each supplier, contractor and/or installer at the time of making your application.
