Learn how to save an application form
It is recommended that you retain an electronic copy of the completed application for your records.
Process to save:
- click on the application form in the 'complete the application form' section below. This will open a blank interactive pdf application form within a new window
- before saving, you will need to click yes to the declaration at the top of the application form, enter business partner number/s and ABN and use the Find Names button to populate the name field/s. This needs to be done online as organisation names are retrieved from our records to ensure the correct information is attached to your application
- save the application form to your computer's hard drive or portable USB drive by selecting F8 and clicking on the save icon at the top of the form, then saving to your chosen location
- edit the document as required and continuously save (File - Save As or Ctrl Save ). Once completed you can submit your saved electronic application form through the 'submit a saved application form' section below
